When the pressing volume is reduced, or the cake and oil output is abnormal, the screw shaft should be pulled out. At the same time, the wear of the screw press and the cake ring should be checked, and the worn parts should be replaced in time.
The oil press should be installed indoors to avoid open wind and rain, causing rust and oil pollution.
The parts that need to be lubricated should be protected from dust and other impurities. It is necessary to check the oil quality of the gearbox every year. If it is found that the oil has deteriorated, all the oil needs to be replaced.
When parked for a long time, the machine should be cleaned, oiled, and covered with a protective cover.
After each continuous working for 50 hours, the lubrication of the machine should be checked, and at the same time, special attention should be paid to the oil cup above the reduction box not being short of oil. Screw bearings should be adjusted to add butter once per shift, and dry grinding must be avoided.

After oil extraction, turn off the power supply, and remove the oil receiving box and the slag receiving box from the bottom of the fuselage.
Put on anti-scalding gloves, remove the hopper, the casing and the safety cover.
Hold the pressing chamber with one hand, loosen the locking ring with the other hand in a counterclockwise direction, and then pull out the pressing chamber with gentle force and steady force. Note that the slag crusher will be taken out along with it.
Turn on the power and keep the machine in the standby state, press and hold the jog reverse button with one hand, and wrap the screw with a dry rag to wipe the screw back and forth with the other hand.
Disconnect the power supply, clean the body with a rag, and do not put water into the electrical parts of the body.
Before cleaning the press chamber, use a wooden stick to remove the slag in the press chamber. (Note: wear gloves, be careful of hot hands).
Take it under the faucet and use a brush to clean the inside and outside of the squeeze chamber.
After cleaning and wiping the slag breaker, hopper, oil protection cover, oil receiving box, slag receiving box, and filter screen parts, reinstall them for next use.
